摘    要:采用拉伸试验的方法研究了45CrNiMoVA结构钢在静载作用下的磁记忆效应,通过测量试样表面在加载前、静载拉伸过程中不同载荷以及断裂后的磁记忆信号,获得了45CrNiMoVA结构钢表面磁记忆信号随应力变化的关系,发现磁记忆信号存在零点值偏移现象,而零点值的位置与试样破坏部位存在一定的对应关系,可以定性的判定45CrNiMoVA结构钢构件的危险区域。

Abstract:The magnetic memory effect of 45CrNiMoVA structural steel under static-load were studied.The surface magnetic field intensity signals were measure by EMS-2003 instrument in the whole tensile process and gaining the relationship of the magnetic memory signal with variation of stresses.The zone of surface magnetic signals exist excursion,and the position of zero value and fracture of specimens has some relationship.The zero value is helpful on deciding the dangerous zone of 45CrNiMoVA tructural steel component.
