| 摘 要： | 实验室开放是培养创新人才的客观要求,是目前国内高校实验室改革和发展的大趋势,但在实践过程中普遍遇到开放时间、管理人员和运行经费不足等问题,难以实现可持续管理。本文分析了军校开放型实验室的管理现状,探索总结出了一套符合军校实际的团队管理模式,该模式充分贯彻学员自主管理的理念,以学员为主、教员为辅,形成三级梯队,从而实现了实验室的可持续管理。可为其他军校的开放型实验室管理提供借鉴。
