| 摘 要： | 结合火力发电厂生产实际,开发了离心泵并联运行综合实验项目,通过对现场运行中的常见故障进行模拟实验,分析了离心泵并联运行特性,提出了保障离心泵安全运行的必要性及基本维护方法。实验中采用多手段对离心泵常见故障进行检测,从不同角度观察故障现象,分析故障原因,选择适当的维修处理方法排除故障,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。本实验项目的开发对电厂热能动力类专业的实验实训项目建设具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Combined with application of the thermal power plant,this article designed a pilot project for parallel operation of centrifugal pumps.By conducting simulation experiments on common faults and analyzing characteristics of parallel operation in centrifugal pumps,the article proposed that it is necessary to guarantee a safe operation of centrifugal pumps,and gave some basic maintenance methods for its protection.In the experiment,multiple means are tried to detect common faults of the centrifugal pump,analyze... |
