| 摘 要： | 高校实验技术队伍是高校实验教学、科研、对外服务等方面的一支重要力量。重视高校实验技术队伍的建设是保持实验室可持续发展战略建设的关键。本文就高校实验技术队伍的状况进行分析,提出解决实验技术队伍问题的途径和建设目标,使高校实验技术队伍的建设提高到一个新的台阶。
