| 摘 要： | 开放性实验室建设是深化高校实验教学改革、全面培养大学生创新实践能力的重要举措。分析了开放性实验室建设中在建设理念更新、管理机制完善、实验教学体系和人才培养机制、实验室资源共享的信息化环境建设等方面存在的问题,结合生物学开放性实验室的建设实践,在建设规划、建设实施、教学改革、制度完备、队伍建设、资源共享、信息化建设方面进行了有益探索,服务了学生创新创业综合实践能力的提升。

| Abstract: | The construction of open laboratories is an important measure to deepen the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities and to comprehensively cultivate the innovative and practical ability of students.This paper analyzes the existing issues in the construction of open laboratories,such as updating the construction concept,enhancing the management mechanism,improving the experimental teaching system and personnel training mechanism,and building the information environment for laboratory resource sharing.Based on the construction practice of open biological laboratories,this paper explores the construction planning and execution,teaching reforms,system completion,teambuilding,resource sharing and information construction.The findings of this paper help to enhance students’comprehensive practical ability for innovation and entrepreneurship. |
