| 摘 要： | 保障农民工权益与建设社会主义新农村具有内在适应性。当前,由于体制、组织和自身原因,农民工的经济、政治、社会及人身权益受损现象仍普遍存在。因此,应采取一系列对策,切实保障农民工的合法权益,推进社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | Safeguarding the peasant laborer rights and interests and constructing socialism new countryside have the intrinsic compatibility.Presently,as a result of the system,organization's and self reasons,phenomenon that peasant laborer's economy,politics,social and person rights and interests are suffered injury still generally exist.Therefore,We should take a series of countermeasures, practically safeguard peasant laborer's legitimate rights and interests,advance constructing socialism new countryside. |
