| 摘 要： | 新疆的大学生源于民族传统文化的差异、生活习惯的不同、缺乏包容心等问题，存在多元文化适应性问题，这成为高校思想政治教育面临的新课题。对大学生开展人文关怀和心理疏导是新疆高校思想政治教台科际整合创新范式，是落实中央对大学生“要注重人文关怀和心理疏导，用正确方式处理人际”的文件精神，丰富高校思想政治教育的内涵和实效性；有效地提高新疆大学生心理承受能力、自我调试能力和良好的心理健康，为实现个人梦想创造条件。

| Abstract: | Multicultural adaptabili .ty problems of xinjiang colleges and universities students, due to differences in national cultural, habits, customs and psychological problems such as lack of tolerance heart, become a new topic for the ideological and political education in xinjiang colleges and universities. To carry out the humanistic care and psychological counseling for colleges and university students is a new integrated innovation paradigm in ideological and political education, not only implementing the central government＇s file spirit ＂the colleges and universities students should pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling, deal with interpersonal relationships with the right way＂, enriching connotation and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but also efficiently improving the colleges and universities students＇ psychological ability, self debugging ability and good mental health, creating conditions for realizing the ＂individual dream＂. |
