| 摘 要： | 在新疆偏远、经济欠发达地区，作为培养人才、生产和传播新知识、新思想的高校，应当义不容辞地承担起区域协同创新体系建设的重任，但是偏远、欠发达地区高校在协同创新中发挥自身作用方面却面临着诸多的困境与问题。作为学校科研工作对内、对外联系桥梁的欠发达地区高校科研管理部门，应在提升学校科研竞争力、建设科研团队、制定科研规划和创新科研管理体制等方面切实发挥好自身的引领作用。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities as training talents, production and dissemination of new knowledge and new ideas,which is in remote, economic underdeveloped regions in Xin Jiang, should be duty-bound to take on task of regional collaborative innovation system. But the remote, less developed areas play its role in the collaborative innovation in colleges and universities are facing many problems and diflqculties. As schools and scientific research of domestic and foreign bridge of scientific research management in colleges and universities in less developed areas, should be playing its leading role well in school scientific research competitiveness, scientific research team construction, making scientific planning and innovation of scientific research management system. |
