| 摘 要： | 封建制度下，抚恤孤幼也是政府的一项重要职能，但是在宗族林立的明清时期，这项任务大多由宗族承载;通过对一些明清的族谱家规的研究，反映这一时期宗族恤孤的基本内容并分析形成这种现象的原因。

| Abstract: | It is one of the important functions of the government that help the orphans in Feudalism.But when the clan stand in great numbers in Ming and Qing Danasty,in most cases the work to be done by them.Through studying some family and clan regulations ,the article tries to reflect the fundmental materials of helping orphans by clan and analyze the initial factors that cause such phenomenon. |
