| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村公共产品供给机制存在着供给结构失衡、供给主体单一、供给总体不足等问题。就我国农村经济社会的发展现状和农村公共产品供给的未来需要而言,迫切需要创新农村公共产品供给机制,其关键是形成政府、非政府组织、企业、民众之间的协同效应,即明晰农村公共产品供给协同治理的权责体系;加强农村公共产品供给协同治理的资源保障;构建农村公共产品供给协同治理的信息平台;培育农村公共产品供给协同治理的社会资本,使农村公共产品供给系统的各要素之间形成协同治理的机制。
