| 摘 要： | 墨家代表人物出身于下层百姓，因而其思想最具人民性。墨家的人权观最能代表下层百姓的利益，其关注平民的基本生存权，注重人与人之间的平等权及平民中的贤人也应参与政权的主张无论在当时，还是对后世，都产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | Mohist school was an important school of thought before Qing Dynasty. The representative of Mohist school was born from under class. As a result, his thought and views on human right represented the benefit of the civilians. Mohist school, who showed solicitude for the civilians' basic survival rights and equality rights between people and advocated the able and virtuous persons' participation in government and political affairs as well, influenced on the society at that time and in the future deeply. |
