| 摘 要： | 全球化的发展态势对高校德育提出了崭新的课题：高校德育应该构建开放性的德育工作新格局。高校德育只有积极树立开放观念、主动拓展德育内容、切实采取有效形式、认真建立运行机制，构建开放性的工作新路局，才能适应开放性的教育和开放性的社会，实现育人的工作目标。

| Abstract: | Facing the developing situation of globalization, it is a brand-new subject to moral education in universities and colleges that a new pattern of opening moral education should be constructed. Moral education can meet the requirement of open education and open society so as to realize the aim of education only after setting up the opening idea and extending what is in moral education actively, establishing the operating mechanism cautiously and constructing a new opening working pattern. |
