| 摘 要： | 有关提货保函的存废是有争议的。作不支持提货保函的使用，但对实践中拟接受保函提出了一些建议，试图为今后研究无单放货发生时如何减少损害提供有益的对策。

| Abstract: | Whether retaining letter of guarantee or not is under dispute,the paper comments on its function and defect based on the analysis of the nature and characteristics of letter of guarantee,the author isn't for the use of L/G,and puts forward some suggestions to the persons who are going to accept L/G in practice,which provides useful countermeasures for studying how to decrease the damage when releasing goods without any bills. |
