| 摘 要： | 公民通过网络行使对国家机关及其工作人员的监督权取得了相当好的效果,也存在着侵害他人隐私、侵害他人名誉、干预司法独立等弊端。完善公民网络监督的相关立法、提高广大网民素质、发挥主管部门的主导作用、强化对网络服务商的监管及运用过滤技术,是对公民网络监督进行法律规制的重要途径。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the network supervisory authority exercised by citizens through network to government offices and worker personnel has obtained a quite good effect.Meanwhile,there are some problems such as privacy infringement,honorary infringement,interference with the independence of the judiciary,etc.in the citizens＇ network supervisory.It is important ways for legislative regulations of the citizens＇ network supervisory to improve the relevant legislations of citizens＇ network supervisory,improve the quality of majority of internet users,play a leading role of competent authorities,strengthen supervision and management of internet service providers and use filtration technology. |
