| 摘 要： | 德国古典哲学产生于18世纪末19世纪初，这是西方近代哲学的体系化时期。从康德到黑格尔，西方理性哲学发展到了顶峰，德国古典哲学的生存陷入困境。从《费尔巴哈论》一文来看，德国古典哲学的终结并非意味着其消亡。马克思恩格斯在批判、继承和改造德国古典哲学之基础上形成了马克思主义实践哲学，这就是德国古典哲学的出路与新生。
