沱江内江段福寿螺中重金属调查

摘    要:用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测沱江内江段下游福寿螺肌肉与内脏Cd,Pb和Cu的含量.结果表明:沱江内江段福寿螺体内Cd,Pb和Cu的含量远高于国家规定标准,内脏高于肌肉;Cd的含量大于0.2ug/g,超过国家规定标准1.2倍以上.Cu的含量大于200μg/g,超过国家规定标准3倍以上.福寿螺对Cu的富集高于Cd,Pb,沱江Cu,Cd污染是比较严重的.

Abstract:The Cd, Pb and Cu content in the muscle and internal organs of Pomacea canaliculat (found in the lower reaches of the Neijiang section of the Tuojiang river) was tested with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The result indicated that, the Cd, Pb and the Cu content in Pomacea canaliculat is far higher than the national standard. The respective content in internal organs is higher than that of in the muscle. The Cd content is more than 0.2μg/g , 1.2 times higher than the national standard. The Cu content is more than 200μg/g , more than three times higher than the national standard. The Cu content in Pomacea canaliculat is higher than Cd, Pb content, which indicates that the Cu, Cd pollution in the Tuojiang River is rather serious.
