| Abstract: | In view of globalization, higher education of China should adhere to the socialist policy of running schools as well as accept the advanced concept, administrative system, the spirit of colleges and responsibilities of each position of the western developed countries, become compatible with the world on our own initiative and quicken our steps in pioneering our systems so as to promote the high-speed and healthy development of our higher education. |
