摘    要:针对目前解决制动器试验台控制问题的算法复杂度高,近似解不能很好地逼近于最优解等问题,提出了一种基于自适应算法的制动器试验台控制方法.该方法将制动器试验台的控制问题转化到对电流的控制问题上,运用自适应算法的自我适应与自我调整等特性,以路试的能量变化与机试的能量变化的差值作为调整的准则,形成一个反馈系统,从而调整电流的大小,使机试逐渐逼近于路试.通过Matlab软件仿真使能量相对误差小于3%,表明该方法能使相对误差尽可能的小,是一种解决制动器试验台控制问题的有效方法.

Abstract:The high complexity of the current brake test-bench algorithm and the approximate solution being far from a perfect approximation to the optimal solution necessitate our efforts made to find a new control method based on the adaptive algorithm for brake test-bench.The new method successfully simplifies the brake test-bench control into the control of the electric current.By full use of the self-adaptaion and the auto-regulation of the algorithm,a feedback system was set up by using the difference value between the two energy changes in the road test and in the Lab test as the adjusting rule,thus to adjust the current intensity and machine test is made to approximate the road test.Through Matlab software simulation the energy relative error was made be less than 3%,which indicates that the said method can effectively minimize the relative error,therefore a reliable solution to brake test-bench control problems.
