| 摘 要： | 租界作为西方列强侵略中国的产物，一方面昭示了侵略对中国主权的严重践踏；另一方面又以令人嘱目的现代市政明在古老的中国激起层层波澜。在租界的强烈刺激和震动下，中国有识之士开始“仿租界之武”创办自己的现代市政，由此开启了近代中国城市市政现代化的艰难一步。

| Abstract: | Concessions, the result of western agressors' invassion to China, reveals the ruthless trample on China's sovereignty on the one hand, while on the other, their dazzling civilization of modern municipal administration billowed over old China. Strongly stimulated, the Chinese of insight, following the pattern of the concessions, began to start their own modern municipal administration, which advanced the first step of China's municipal administration modernization. |
