| 摘 要： | 对当前“阳光体育运动”的实施困境进行探讨，认为“阳光体育运动”始终难以从根本上得到落实，应试教育与素质教育的持续博弈是阻碍其发展的关键．具体表现在不良教育观念成为“拦路虎”、体育教师的动力不足、学生主体缺少学习兴趣、体育场地设施匮乏等几个方面，针对此现状提出解决困境的关键是要从教育观念、场地设施、监督力度、师资水平和教师待遇等几方面着手．

| Abstract: | The plight in the implementation of the＂ sunshine sports ＂ program is discussed and a conclusion is reached that the constant game-playing between the Exam-oriented Education and Quality Education has immensely discouraged the implementation of the program. Mayjor difficulties are found in the following aspects： incorrect educational ideology, the lack of motivation in P.E. teachers, students＇ disinterest in learning, inadequate sports facilities and grounds. Corresponding measures, including the renewal of educational ideology, the improvement of spors facility and ground, the strengthening of supervision, the further training of sports teachers, and better pay for teachers, are also suggested in the hope of saving the current critical situation. |
