红薯茎叶多糖研究进展

摘    要:介绍了红薯茎叶多糖的提取、分离、纯化方面的技术进展,阐述了目前对红薯茎叶多糖的结构分析和生物活性研究的现状,讨论了当前研究存在的问题及今后的发展趋势.目前的研究结果表明:红薯叶多糖是由木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖构成;红薯茎叶多糖具有降血糖功能、抗氧化活性、抑菌作用;红薯叶多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间12h、温度100℃、料水比1:110,提取次数3次,在此工艺下多糖得率为6.5%;正丁醇一三氯乙酸(20:1)法是红薯茎叶粗多糖除蛋白的最好方法.但对红薯茎叶多糖的活性部位、多糖组分的研究还不透彻;在提取工艺方面,超声波和微波辅助提取新型提取技术在提搞红薯茎叶多糖的得率等方面将具有重要的应用前景.

Abstract:A review is made of the research progress in the extraction and separation,purification,chemical structure analysis and physiological activity of SPSLP.The current problems observed and the future developing trend are also put under discussion.The current studies show that SPSP contains glucose,mannose,and xylose;the optimum extraction conditions of SPSLP were with the extraction temperature at 100℃,the ratio of material and water being 1:110 and extraction time for 12 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 6.5% after three times of extraction.When Butanol / TCA(V/V) was at 20:1,the deproteinization effect was the best.Further studies remain to be done in aspects concerning the SPSLP’s activity section and polysaccharide fraction;Ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction may find significant application in developing new extraction methods for increasing SPSLP extraction yield.
