| 摘 要： | 班级文化的基本结构可以由表及里地概括为物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化四个层面。大学新生班级文化建设就是要依据每种文化的类型特点和大学新生的特征,在班级成员的学习实践和交往实践中,形成班级全体成员创造出的独特文化要素和生活方式。
