| 摘 要： | 培养大学生的体育锻炼习惯，为其终身体育奠定坚实的基础是大学体育的重要任务,文章论述了体育锻炼习惯的定义、锻炼习惯形成的心理学分析，探讨了影响体育锻炼习惯形成的因素．提出从培养学生的兴趣人手，同时，在学校管理制度方面，应加强课外体育锻炼的组织和管理，为学生形成科学的体育锻炼能力、养成良好的体育锻炼习惯提供必要的制度保证；另外，还要增强必要的体育设施和场地器材，为学生体育锻炼提供适宜的环境，从多方面落实大学生体育锻炼习惯的培养工作．

| Abstract: | Cultivating the habits of university student＇s physical training, lays a solid foundation for its lifelong physical training is an important task of universities. The article elaborates the psychology analysis of which the physical educational training habits are defined. The exercise custom forms are discussed with the factors that cause the physical educational training habits of the students. This paper proposes to strength the management and organization of the extracurricular physical training alongside to cultivate their interests and scientific physical training ability, fosters the good habits of their physical educational training, and provides a guaranteed essential system. Moreover, the educational system also has to strength the necessary sports facility and the needed equipment, as well as provides the environment for students＇ physical educational training. Thus, to achieve the goals of cultivating the good habits of physical educational training of college students. |
