| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对周口师范学院教师体育健身现状进行了调查研究.调查结果显示，周口师范学院教师的体育健身状况不容乐观；在体育健身动机、项目选择和活动形式上具有明显的年龄倾向；没时间是影响教师参与体育健身活动的主要因素.并针对上述现状提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | At the base of reading literature,questionnaire,investigation and mathematical statistics,investigation and analysis,the study on the current situation of teachers' participating in sports in Zhoukou Normal University is made.The result shows that the teacher' participating in sports in Zhoukou Normal University is not so good.There are evident age characteristics in motivation,events choosing and forms of physical activity.The main factors effecting their participation of physical exercises are inadequate time.Based on it,suggestions are put forward. |
