| 摘 要： | 北宋人王当的《王子思诗话》是一部在宋代产生过一定影响的诗话著作，其中评论韩愈诗文者11条，具有重要的理论价值和史料价值。当代学术界还没有给予这部著作以足够的重视，有必要认真地加以梳理。
