| 摘 要： | 利用制度反腐败,是20世纪50年代党风廉政建设取得重大成就的主要措施之一.这些制度主要包括:建立健全干部管理制度和法律法规制度;建立完善党内纪检监察制度;建立健全人民信访制度;建立完善廉政监督制度.认真梳理和研究这些制度,从中可以获取有益的启示,对于当前正在深入开展的党风廉政建设,具有一定的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Anti-corruption by means of rules and regulations is one of the main mensurements contributing to the great achievement in the construction of keeping an honest and clean atmosphere of the Party in the 1950s.These systems are as follows:buiding and completing cadre menagement and the system of law and regulations; building and completing the system of discipline inspection and supervision in the Party; building and completing the system of letters and calls of complains from the people; building and completing the system of the control for building an honest and clear government.Organizing and making a serious study of these systems will bring us great inspiration and it also has its practical significance for deepening the current-launched campaisn of keeping an honest and clean atmosphere in the Party. |
