| 摘 要： | 治世是中国封建时代社会环境较为安定的时期,在历代治世中堪为典范、最为后人称道的又当属西汉的文景之治与唐代的贞观之治。治世的出现与帝王的品德修养及统治者调整政策有很大关系。同时,在封建治世中农民生活依然艰苦,潜伏着种种危机,致使其不能长治久安。

| Abstract: | Time of peace and prosperity is a period of relative stable social circumstances in fendal china. Among which, the best models and the most commendable ones are Administration of Wenjing of western Han Dynasty and Administration of Zhenguan of Tang Dynasty, The occurrence of the peaceful time has great relation to the Emperors'personal moral accomplishment and the rulers'regulating their ruling policies. During the time of peace and prosperity,however, peasants still lead a bitter life,and there conceals various crises, which cause the Time of peace and prosperity to be unable to last long. |
