| 摘 要： | 高校公共体育课程改革突出“健康第一”的指导思想 .在提高师资水平、改变传统观念 ,社会各方面积极配合与努力下 ,以学生自主选项形成教学主体群 ;根据教师专业优化组合建立教学指导集体 ;将健康体育项目集群分类组建教学活动区域 ;把健康评价、卫生保健直接服务到课堂教学 ;增加科学检测机构 .从而使公共体育课更好地体现“健康体育、快乐体育” ,为全面推进素质教育服务 .本文从课堂具体情况着手 ,运用各种研究方法 ,分析公共体育课程改革因素 ,提出具体改革措施

| Abstract: | The reform of general physical education course in colleges and universities stresses the guiding ideology of Health First.Basing on the improvement of teachers'quality,change of traditional conception,cooperation and great efforts mode by various social levels,teaching principal parts chiefly according to the students'choice are formed guiding collective on the basis of teachers' specialty is established activity zones according to the classification of healthy physical items are set up. Healthy estimate and hygienic care will directly serve teaching,and scientific inspection organization should be improved. Thus,it will be better to reflect healthy Physical Education,Happy Physical Education of general physical education course,making contribution to improving quality education in every part.The paper analyses factors and offers specific steps of the reform on the basis of particular teaching situation and using various research methods. |
