| 摘 要： | 纵观中国几千年政治文化史,和平主义始终是贯穿其中的命脉与价值取向。这亦可从马克斯·韦伯和罗素等西方大家的论著中窥见一斑。这一取向是自然环境和社会环境因素共同培育与形塑的结果。

| Abstract: | A survey of the thousands of years of history of Chinese political culture reveals that pacifism was its value orientation and the lifeline that ran like a thread through it. This is also revealed in the works of some great thinkers like Max Weber and Bertrand Russell. Such an orientation developed as a result of the natural and social environments. |
