| 摘 要： | 冷战结束后，经济因素在国际关系中地位上升，以经济、科技为核心的综合国力竞争成为国际竞争的焦点，经济、科技发展战略便成为维护国家安全的核心内容。经济安全最终取决于自主创新能力的提高，为保障国家经济安全，我国必须走创新型国家发展道路，不断增强核心技术领域的自主创新能力。

| Abstract: | Since the end of the Cold War,the role of economic factors in international relations has been increasingly important.Comprehensive national strength featuring economy and science & technology becomes the focus of international competition.As a result,the strategies for developing the economy and science & technology become the core content of safeguarding national security.Ultimately,a nation's economic security depends on the enhancement of the capacity for autonomous innovation.In order to ensure its national economic security,China must follow a new model of national development and constantly increase its autonomous creativity in the area of core technologies. |
