| 摘 要： | 土地是农民的“命根子”，这种说法似乎是天经地义的。实际上，无论在封建社会还是社会主义社会，从理性农民假说和现代产权理论的观点看，这种说法都是不科学的。对于现代农民来说，“收入”才是“命根子”。因此，破解“三农”问题，必须冲破传统土地“命根子”说的束缚，千方百计增加农民收入。

| Abstract: | The argument that land is peasants'"lifeline" seems perfectly justified.In actual fact,either in the feudal society or in the socialist society,either from the hypothesis of rational peasants or from the view of modern property right theory,the argument is not scientific.To modern peasants,the real lifeline is income.Therefore,to solve the problem of "peasants,agriculture and rural areas",the bondage of the traditional argument that land is the peasants' lifeline must be broken and every means must be tried to increase the peasants' income. |
