| 摘 要： | 文章通过民营企业文化认识的分析，指出民营企业的企业文化在企业发展中的战略地位及核心竞争力，家族式企业文化对企业发展有重要的负面影响。现阶段，众多民营企业在对企业文化认识、建设、管理等方面都存在不同的误区。
