| 摘 要： | 新经济的出现有助于可持续发展的一面，但它也会给社会经济的发展带来不同于工业经济时代的新的“非可持续发展”问题。因之新经济像工业经济一样不可能自然而然地成为可持续发展的经济，只有制定和实施适合于新经济特点的可持续发展战略，新经济才有望成为可持续发展的经济，成为给人类带来更多福祉的先进的经济形态。

| Abstract: | The new economy can be helpful to the sustainable development; however, it also brings the new problem of "unsustainable development" to social economy, which differs from that in industrial era. New economy, like industrial economy, cannot spontaneously become sustainable-developing economy. Only if we design and implement the strategy of sustainable development that fits the features of new economy, it can possibly become a kind of sustainable-developing economy -- an advanced form of economy that will benefit human beings. |
