| 摘 要： | 货币流通速度是货币经济学的一个关键概念,针对货币流通速度变化趋势的理论研究,一直是国内外诸多经济学家所争论的焦点,很多国内外的经济学家在研究的过程中,形成了自己的理论。相关统计数据显示,改革开放以来,我国的货币流通速度变化趋势在总体上处于下降趋势。这种趋势是国家的宏观调控、市场经济的状况、金融领域的发展以及居民的货币需求这几个方面共同作用的结果。下降的货币流通速度变化趋势,不利于我国经济的健康、快速发展,而要改变这种下降的趋势,就需要我们借鉴经验,切合实际地进行调研,合理制定货币政策,完善我国的各项制度,积极转变我国的经济增长方式,规范市场运作,进一步推进资本市场的制度建设和改革,推进金融创新,提高资本市场的运作效率,同时加快货币市场和资本市场一体化进程。

| Abstract: | The money circulation velocity is a currency economic essential concept,and the fundamental research of money circulation velocity change tendency′s has been the focal point which the domestic and foreign many economists argued.The domestic and foreign economists in the research process formed their theory.The related statistical data demonstrated that since reform and open policy,our country′s money circulation velocity change tendency has been being in the declining trend as a whole.This tendency is the combined action result national macroeconomic regulation and control,the market economy condition,the financial domain development as well as resident′s currency demand.The drop money circulation velocity change tendency does not favor our country economy.With the fact development,the drop tenderly must be changed by formulating the monetary policy,consummating system,transprming econemic growth way,advancing the capital market and etc. |
