| 摘 要： | 目前我国公司治理还存在着诸多问题,机构投资者被寄予厚望。随着数量上的增加和持有资本市场投资比例的提高,我国机构投资者股东积极主义已经崛起。通过相关法律制度和规范的建立和完善,对制约和阻碍机构投资者参与公司治理的因素进行充分的规避,必将促进机构投资者积极参与公司治理,实现我国资本市场公司完整性和忠诚性的回归。
