| 摘 要： | 国有企业30年的改革实践,取得了明显的成果和巨大的成就,但忽视了高效的治理结构的构建和有效的治理机制的完善。企业治理结构的有效合理取决于产权结构的变化,因此借鉴传统的产权理论,建立现代产权制度,对进一步完善国有企业的治理结构有着一定的意义。
