| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机将对文化产业发展产生诸多影响,但困难和挑战中蕴含着新的机遇和有利条件,文化具有反向调节功能,面对经济下滑,文化产业有逆势而上的特点,这为创新文化体制机制、做大做强文化产业带来了契机。要抓住机遇,大力振兴文化产业,为"保增长、扩内需、调结构、促改革、惠民生"作出贡献。
