| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放和现代化建设的逐步深入,社会生活的日益网络化、信息化及高等教育体制改革的不断深化,大学生在思想观念、价值观念、思维方式、行为模式等方面发生了深刻而复杂的变化,如何在新时期加强高校德育工作,提高德育质量,增强德育的实效性,值得高校德育工作者进行认真地思考.树立德育首位的教育观念,是加强高校德育工作的前提;建立行之有效的德育工作运行机制,是加强高校德育工作的关键;确立完整的德育内容体系,是加强高校德育工作的基础;树立"以人为本"的德育新理念,是加强高校德育工作的核心.

| Abstract: | With the deepenning gradually of reform and opening up to the outside world and modernization construction, the constant promotion of the networking , informationization and reform of high structure of education day by day of social life, university students have changed deeply and complicatedly in such aspects as concept , values , mode of thinking , behavior mode, how about strengthen the work of university's moral in new period, improve moral quality , strengthen the substantial results of moral, moral workers of the university think conscientiously that worth. It is the prerequisite of strengthening the work of university's moral to establish the education idea with first moral; Set up the effectual working operating mechanism of moral, it is the key to strengthening the work of university's moral; It is the foundation of strengthening the work of university's moral to establish the intact moral content system; Establishing the new idea of moral that " people first ", is the core of strengthening the work of university's moral. |
