| 摘 要： | 文章选取安徽省1995-2012年间城乡居民消费支出数据，通过ELES模型(扩展线性支出系统模型)对安徽省城乡居民基本需求支出、边际消费倾向、需求收入弹性进行实证分析，结果发现：安徽省城乡居民消费结构存在显著差异，城镇居民消费水平和质量明显高于农村，城镇居民更倾向于享受型和发展型消费，而农村居民在满足温饱的条件下，更侧重于居住条件的改善。为进一步完善安徽省城乡居民消费结构，可以从增加农村居民的收入水平、缩小城乡收入差距，增大对农村的基础设施投入，建立健全社会保障体系，以及转变居民的消费观念入手，减少城镇与农村的二元消费结构现状。

| Abstract: | The article selects the data of consumption expenditure of urban and rural residents in Anhui Province from 1995 to 2012,using the extend linear expenditure system (ELES) to study the expenditure of the basic demand, the marginal consump-tion tendency, income elasticity of urban and rural residents in Anhui Province. The results show that: significant differences between urban and rural residents’ consumption structure exist in Anhui Province; urban residents consumption level and quality are significantly higher than urban residents’; Urban residents are more likely to enjoy and develop consumption while rural residents place more weight on the improvement of living conditions under the condition of meeting food. To further im-prove the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Anhui Province, we can improve the income level of rural resi-dents, narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, increase the investment of rural infrastructure, perfect the social security system, change the consumption ideas of residents and reduce the dual structure of urban and rural consumption. |
