摘    要:自我概念作为外部社会影响与个人行为之间相关联的中介因素,调节和影响着个体行为。积极的自我概念引导人按照社会期望的方向发展,而消极的自我概念则引导人放松自我约束。大学生正处于自我概念发展的关键时期,培养积极的自我概念有助于大学生的心理健康和健全人格的形成。

Abstract:As an intermediary factor between the external social impact and the individual behavior, The self-concept regulates and influences individual behavior. A positive self-concept guides people to behave according to the expectation of our society, while a negative self-concept may lead people to low the requirements of self-discipline. It is a critical period for students to develop the self-concept. The cultivation of the positive self-concept will facilitate the formation of healthy mentality and per-sonality for college students.
