| 摘 要： | 网络舆论监督集中反映了公众对社会公共事件的参与和各种价值判断及思想动态,促进了公民意识提高,推动了政治文明进步。正确引领网络监督,不仅有助于各级党委政府在新时期"网络问政"平台中提高制度执行力,而且能发挥网络在构建和谐社会过程中的社会情绪"疏导器"和"减压阀"的作用。
