| 摘 要： | 高校学生危机事件的发生对构建和谐高校校园构成极大隐患，它不仅严重干扰着学校教学秩序和管理秩序，也对学生的成长成才产生不利影响。作为高校大学生思想政治教育骨干力量的辅导员，如何提升自身能力应对高校学生危机事件，对高校预防、处置学生危机事件具有十分重要的意义。本文在分析高校学生危机事件特征及影响的基础上，指出辅导员在高校学生危机事件处置中存在的能力不足，并科学探讨如何提升辅导员自身能力以应对高校危机事件。

| Abstract: | The college student crisis caused large hazards for creating harmonious campus, and it not only interfered with the school teaching and management order, but also caused adverse effects to the growth of the students. As the backbone of the ideologi-cal and political education for college students, the crisis response capability by the counselor was of great significance to the prevention and treatment of the college student crisis. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and impact on the college student crisis, this article indicated the lack of capacity during the treatment of the college student crisis, and scientifically ex-plored how to improve the counselor＇s ability to respond the college student crisis. |
