| 摘 要： | 十三届四中全会以来，江泽民对反腐败斗争进行了全面系统的理论探索，形成了较为系统的反腐败斗争理论体系，是在新的历史条件下对毛泽东、邓小平反腐倡廉思想的继承和创新。其中，关于反腐败斗争的领导力量和领导体制的思想，既要持久作战、又要不断取得阶段性成果的思想，坚持标本兼治、综合治理的方针及从源头上解决腐败问题的思想是最重要的创新之处。这些理论创新解决了反腐败斗争的领导力量、工作方略、工作任务、工作目标等重大问题，是十多年来反腐败斗争整体推进、健康发展的重要理论基础，是中国共产党认识反腐败斗争规律的重要成果，对于我党构建中国特色的反腐败斗争体制具有重要的指导作用。

| Abstract: | JIANG Ze-rain has probed completely and systematically into the theory against corruption, set up a more systematic and complete theoretical system, carried out and innovated the idea against corruption and for honesty in performing the official duties by Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Commitee of the CPC. His innovations lie in the ideas on the leading power and system against corruption and on not only lasting fighting but also gaining continuous period achievements, in the principal on insisting on the all-round government of the superficial phenomenon and the essence and in the theory of solving the corruption problem from the origin. These innovations solve the serious problems, such as the leading power, working aim etc. in the struggle against corruption , are the important theory basis for pushing the fight against corruption as a whole and developing it healthiy, are the important achievements for the Chinese Communist Party to find the regulation pattern against corruption and play the instructive function for our Party to know the system of organization with special Chinese characteristics against corruption. |
