| 摘 要： | 非英语专业研究生英语的教学改革要想顺利进行需要讲求一定的策略。它应该始于坦诚、公正、开放、合作原则下的以科学的方式进行的充分沟通。它的基本步骤是循序渐进,分三个阶段来进行;第一个阶段是分级教学,示范教学效果的阶段;第二个阶段是开放教学系统,引入竞争机制的阶段;第三个阶段是以学生的专业方向组织教学,实施效率教学模式的阶段。改革成功与否,关键是人才,而人才的关键是其知识结构。改革是好事,也是难事,合适的激励机制是不可少的。

| Abstract: | Successful reformation of English teaching for non-English majors starts from scientific and thorough communication which is based on the principles of honesty, fairness, openness and cooperation and may be in 3 periods: organizing teaching according to students' English backgrounds so as to show the efficiency of teaching and learning, opening teaching system and introducing competition mechanism and organizing teaching according to students' majors so as to carry out "efficient and effective teaching". Teaching reformation is beneficial but difficult so it's necessary to encourage. |
