| 摘 要： | 和谐社会建设要求新闻提供社会各阶层讨论并解决社会不和谐问题的公共空间,都市媒体因其特有的亲民性和灵活性成为满足人们信息需要、提供人们正常的表达途径以及参与公共治理的优先选择和理想的公共领域。民生新闻是从媒体到受众的一种关怀,而非受众的主动参与与接近,具有伪公共性,最终必然导致受众的隔膜与疏离。公民新闻在新闻传播初衷中的一系列原则和策略,为公众提供了一个合理的话语机制,方便公众主动接近媒体、积极参与公共方略与决策,重塑媒体公共真实。新闻话语从民生新闻向公民新闻的转换,有利于将都市媒体构建为和谐社会的公共平台。

| Abstract: | To build harmonious society demands to provide a public space of news media for all social strata to discuss and then settle the discordant.Because of its particular affinity and flexibility,city media becomes the preferential choice and the ideal public field to fulfill people's demands for information;to provide the normal way of expression and to participate in the public administration.News of people's livelihoods is the concern from the media to the audience,but not the audience's active participation and approach,so it has false publicity which results in the alienation of the audience consequentially.Some fundamentals and tactics of city journalism provide a reasonable discourse system for the audience to participate actively in the public discussion and decision,and then the media public truth can be remoulded.The transformation of news discourse that from news of people's livelihoods to civil journalism helps to make city media a public platform of harmonious society. |
