| 摘 要： | 人类在改造自然的过程中,一方而为自己创造了一个适宜于人类生存、享受和发展的“人的世界”,另一方面由于受狭隘的功利主义价值观的驱使,对自然界实施了野蛮的榨取行为,破坏了人与自然界和谐、协调的关系。人类要真正求得良性的发展,可持续发展是人类活动唯一正确的选择。可持续发展观警示人们,必须把改造自然与保护自然、环境权利与环境责任有机地统一起来,这样才能真正保持经济、社会和文化等各种因素的全面、健康的发展。

| Abstract: | In the process of reforming the nature,mankind has created a "man's world" which is suitable for them to live,to enjoy and to develop.On the other hand,due to the drive of the values of the narrow-minded utilitarianism,mankind has implemented a uncivilized extract act to the nature and thus destroyed the harmonious relations between man and nature . The continuous relations is the only correct choice for man' activity if they really want to have a smooth development. The concept of continuous development has warned people that the nature's reform and protection, and the environment's privilege and responsibility should de combined organically so that overall and healthy development of economy, society and culture can de really pledged. |
