“以德治国”方略与学校德育

摘    要:落实“以德治国”方略,就是要在继承与发扬中华民族优秀道德传统的基础上,在全社会大力弘扬和发扬中华民族的优良传统;在经济发展的基础上,推动人的全面发展,建立一种人与人、人与自然和谐相处的社会关系。而要做到这些,关键问题是要切实抓好教育这一环节,而其基础性工程就是学校德育。“以德治国”方略的提出和实践,为加强和改进学校德育工作提供了新的更好的契机,制定了新的更高的目标。学校德育是实施“以德治国”方略的基础性工程;“以德治国”方略是学校德育建设的强大的精神动力;“以德治国”方略对学校德育提出了新的更高的要求。

Abstract:The article discusses systematically the relation between the idea of "regulating the country by ethic standard" and moral culture at school. It has three sections: one is that the idea of "regulating the country by ethic standard" is based on moral culture at school; the other is that the idea of "regulating the country by ethic standard" is great spiritual motivation of moral culture at school; another is that the idea of "regulating the country by ethic standard" brings up new and high demands on moral culture at school.
