大学生"学习高原"现象的审思与跨越

摘    要:“学习高原”现象较广泛地存在于各类学习活动中,它往往使学习者降低信心,甚至放弃有关学习。大学生产生“学习高原”的主要原因是:学习策略、习惯不适应自由度更大的学习活动;知识或技能结构中出现制约点;非智力因素处于消极状态;持续产生疲劳,或处于“认知胶着”状态。跨越对策:重视学习策略和习惯的指导与生成;分解难点,改善教法、学法;提供具体反馈;培养学习兴趣;引发记忆恢复现象和“酝酿效应”。

Abstract:Learning plateau exists in different kinds of learning.It tends to affect learners' self-confidence and even causes them to give up learning.The main causes of learning plateau are as follows.Firstly,learning strategies and habits cannot adapt to the new learning environment with greater freedom.Secondly,the non-intelligence factors of the learners' are in the negative.Thirdly,factors constraining learning exist in learners' knowledge and technical skill structure.Lastly,learners are in the state of persistent tiredness.Measures to overcome learning plateau include the following.First,importance should be attached to good learning strategies and habits.Then teaching and learning methods should be improved.It is important to cultivate students' learning interests.Last,teachers should initiate students' memory restoration and pay attention to the so-called "brewing effect".
