成长机制:“双师型”教师队伍建设的引擎

摘    要:"双师型"教师是职业院校教师队伍的灵魂,是技能型人才培养的金钥匙,是专业建设和特色办学的图腾,是职业教育教学质量提升的关键。职业院校"双师型"教师应该是对某个教师个体而言,该教师不仅可以教授理论课程,同时还可以胜任实践课程教学,理论、操作、教授三种能力(知识)同时具备。当前"双师型"教师队伍建设面临诸多问题,解决的关键是要建立健全职业教育"双师型"教师队伍的成长机制,包括准入机制、发展机制和退出机制,以机制创新推动"双师型"教师队伍建设。

Abstract:Double-qualified teachers are the soul of vocational colleges.They are seen as the golden keys for cultivating vocational students,the symbol of constructing specialties or featured programs,and also the key point for improving the teaching quality of vocational education.To be a double-qualified teacher of vocational college,he/she can not only teach theoretic courses,but be qualified for teaching practical courses.Besides,it also requires the teacher to have theoretic knowledge,operating abilities,and teaching skills.At present,there are still many problems in the construction of double-qualified teachers.So,the key to solve these problems is to develop a growth mechanism for establishing and improving vocational education’s double-qualified teachers,which includes admittance mechanism,development mechanism and exit mechanism,and to push forward the building of a team of double-qualified teachers.
