| 摘 要： | 采用超声波法提取万寿菊花、叶、茎中的黄酮类化合物,通过光谱分析方法测定了其花、叶、茎的黄酮含量分别为:2.80%,1.59%和0.15%.本法的回收率为97%~101%,相对标准偏差小于0.39%.并通过流动注射化学发光法分析了万寿菊花、叶、茎的抗氧化性能,所得结果表明,万寿菊花、叶、茎具有较高的黄酮含量和较强的抗氧化性能.

| Abstract: | The flavones of flower,leaf and stem from Tagetes erecta L.are extracted by ultrasonic extraction and determined by spectrophotometry with rutin as standard sample.The contents of total flavones are 2.80%,1.59%,0.28% and 0.15% respectively;the recoveris are 98.0%～103.0%;RSD is less than 0.39%.The antioxidation effect of flower,leaf and stem of Tagetes erecta L is determined by the flow-injection chemiluminescence.The results show that flower,leaf and stem of Tagetes erecta L have strong antioxidative effect... |
